Backers of former President Donald Trump are launching a second effort to recall Wisconsin Republican Assembly Speaker Robin Vos from office after the first one appears to have failed.
Wisconsin is the first approved for a summer program giving low-income families extra money to feed their kids over the summer, when they're not benefiting from school breakfasts and lunches.
Without today’s stop-gap measure, “essentially in December, the office would’ve died,” Novak said. “So many school districts across the state rely on the Office of School Safety to help them.”
