About the Home

The inspiration for this multi-use Barndominium comes from the Old Barn which still stands nearby. Design took direction from a classic fresh white farmhouse exterior planned to compliment the nearby vintage barn. Rustic wood walls and beams, natural alder wood trim, and a sturdy steel roof covered front porch highlight the farmhouse’s connection to nature and traditional craftsmanship. The rustic touches and vintage inspired materials and finishes offer a perfect retreat space that is welcoming and cozy. On the upper level living space large windows let in plenty of natural light and offer views off the surrounding fields and trees. Decks and Patios offer opportunities for extending living outdoors. The open space first floor, garage, and workshop offer flexibility for its owners to create, build, store, and dream up new ideas for so many possible uses.
