Once again this year, Betts Bros. Remodeling is proud to offer a remodeled home on the Parade of Homes. Originally built in 1986, this two-story ranch has raised a family and was in need of some care and updating. Remodeling began by opening up the main floor. The powder room was enlarged and the back screen porch was enclosed into a beautiful sun room overlooking the pool and back yard. The kitchen was reconfigured with new cabinetry and an island was added to improve functionality. By doing this, more space was provided for the dining area and improved its connection to the home. In the living room, a formal hardwood staircase and a custom fireplace added beauty. Upstairs, the the master bathroom was completely remoded to include a zero entry shower, heated floor, heated towel bar, custom walnut vanity, and one-of-a-kind hand crafted shower glass. The bedrooms were also updated with new carpet, trim and millwork. The upstairs bathroom received new flooring, vanity and granite countertops. New flooring was also installed throughout the home along with new Pella windows and doors.

Betts Bros. Remodeling took the design cue from the Craftsman style, and incorporated unique cabinetry, millwork, and a distinctive staircase and fireplace.
